#14 Social Meeting 8

This month's social meeting will be held on Thursday the 18th February, at the Lass o' Gowrie pub in Manchester, 36 Charles Street, Manchester, M1 7DB (Google Map), only five minutes walk from Oxford Road and ten minutes from Picadilly. The Lass is apparently geek friendly and frequented by academia (so we can throw hard glares to see if they stick).
The pub has a good range of real ales and also serves food between 5-8 p.m. so a meeting start of 7 p.m. will allow us to get food while we are there.
I'd like to express a special thanks to Shadowcat Systems for extensively sponsoring the official first birthday celebrations last month. There wasn't jelly and icecream, but curry a plenty.
